中国机械工程学会焊接学会(CWS)第五届理事会五次会议于1998年8月25日子哈尔滨举行。焊接学会前任理事长宋天虎、理事长吴林、副理事长陈丙森、陈剑虹、王顺祥、蔡宏彬出席了会议,副理事长李建国派代表参加了会议,出席会议代表共计24人。 在本次会议上,根据今年5月焊接学会执委会的意见,张彦敏秘书长就中国焊接学会与中国焊接协会的联合问题和下届全国焊接会议的筹备工作作了汇报。吴林理事长就当选理事长选举问题
The Fifth Session of the Fifth Council of Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering Welding Society (CWS) was held in Harbin on August 25, 1998. Song Tianhu, former chairman of Welding Society, Wu Lin, chairman of the board, Chen Hsien-sen, Chen Jianhong, Wang Shunxiang and Cai Hongbin, vice presidents attended the conference and Li Jianguo, vice chairman of the board of directors attended the conference. A total of 24 delegates attended the conference.
