我厂4~#燃油钢丝镀锌炉为双火笼燃油炉,配用风机功率3kw,连续运行。自投产以来,油耗一直较高,镀锌层波动大,锌温不稳定,伴有氧化结渣现象,导致钢丝锌耗偏高,成本增加。另外,采用齿轮油泵连续供油,风、油配比靠人工调节,导致配比不均匀。因此对该炉进行了技术改造。改造后,投产运行半年,产品油耗大大下降,节能效果明显,见表1。

Since put into production, fuel consumption has been higher, galvanized layer fluctuations, unstable zinc temperature, with the phenomenon of oxidation and slagging, resulting in high zinc steel consumption, increased costs. In addition, the gear pump continuous oil supply, wind, oil ratio by manual adjustment, resulting in uneven ratio. Therefore, the furnace has been technological transformation. After transformation, put into operation for six months, product fuel consumption dropped significantly, energy-saving effect is obvious, see Table 1.
