按照卫生部等四部委联合下发的《关于2011年起全国医疗卫生系统全面禁烟的决定》及省、市相关文件要求,我院于2011年4月15日下发《泸州市中医医院创建无烟医院实施方案》并全面启动控烟工作。医院成立了以主管副书记为组长的控烟工作领导小组,制定了《泸州市中医医院控烟制度》和《泸州市中医医院控烟工作考核奖惩办法》,确保我院在2011年6月实现全面禁烟的全面禁烟并建成无烟医院工作目标的实现。
