前言我专业在研制表声抽头延迟线的过程中提出了精确测量抽头间延迟时间的要求。延迟线工作频率为30兆赫予计有50个抽头,各抽头问的延迟时间要求为严格的1微秒,误差要求小于0.3毫微秒。因此测试设备必须能可靠的分辨出0.1毫微秒的时间。
Preface I am professional in the development of the table acoustic tap delay line in the process of accurately measuring the delay between the tap time requirements. The delay line operating frequency of 30 MHz is expected to have 50 taps, each taps asking for a delay time of 1 microsecond and an error requirement of less than 0.3 nanoseconds. Therefore, the test equipment must be able to reliably identify 0.1 nanosecond time.
