目的探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔矫正术的临床应用价值。方法对2008年1月至2010年10月我科所行鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔矫正手术病例进行回顾性分析。结果本组66例鼻中隔偏曲均一次性得以矫正,无严重并发症,疗效满意。结论鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔矫正术具有视野清晰、操作精确、出血量小、安全性高、并发症少、患者痛苦小等优点,较传统术式具有明显的优势,实用性更强,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of nasal septum surgery under nasal endoscopy. Methods From January 2008 to October 2010, our department underwent nasal endoscopic nasal septum surgery cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results In this group, 66 cases of nasal septum deviation were corrected at one time without serious complications and the curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic sinus surgery has the advantages of clear vision, accurate operation, small amount of bleeding, high safety, less complications and less pain in patients, which has obvious advantages over traditional surgical procedures and is more practical and worthy of promotion application.
