价格听证制度是确保价格决策民主、科学、合理的重要程序制度。我国的价格听证制度近几年在立法和实践层面都获得了很大发展,但在很多方面仍存在不足。本文对价格听证制度中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了完善价格听证制度的具体对策。
The price hearing system is an important procedural system that ensures price decisions are democratic, scientific and reasonable. In recent years, the system of price hearing in our country has made great progress both in legislation and practice, but in many aspects there are still some shortcomings. This article analyzes the problems existing in the price hearing system and puts forward the concrete countermeasures to improve the hearing system of price.
