美欧日抢占后石油时代先机

美欧日不约而同对新能源作出前瞻性的战略投资,是看到了危机中的机会面对百年不遇的经济危机,美国总统奥巴马举起“能源新政”大旗,其经济复兴方案中一半以上涉及新能源产业。作为气候变化问题国际谈判的主导者和全球新能源开发先驱的欧盟不遑多让,推出了自己版本的能源新政,在欧洲经济恢复计划中将新能源列入优先地位。日本政府推行的救市计划中,加强新能源和节能技术市场建设也是重点。
