用ＥＬＩＳＡ法分别检测了结核性脑膜炎、其他脑疾病和正常对照共７６份脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）中抗ＰＰＤ抗体ＩｇＧ。经统计学处理，选择ＯＤ值≥０．２０为阳性。结果表明结脑组脑脊液中抗ＰＰＤ抗体ＩｇＧ水平明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。该检测的敏感性和特异性分别为９２．１％和９４．７％。
Anti-PPD antibody IgG was detected in 76 cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of tuberculous meningitis, other brain diseases and normal controls by ELISA. After statistical analysis, choose OD value ≥0.20 as positive. The results showed that the level of anti-PPD IgG in the cerebrospinal fluid of the Jienao group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). The sensitivity and specificity of this test were 92.1% and 94.7%, respectively.
