【化学名】双苯基-(2′-氯苯基)-1-咪唑基甲烷【结构式】【作用特点】本品为口服广谱抗真菌药物,体外及体内试验表明,对皮肤念珠菌属、隐球菌属、曲菌、藻菌以及皮肤癣菌等均有良好的抑菌作用。本品毒性甚小,动物试验一次口服LD_(50)560±64毫克/公斤。最低抑菌浓度一般在5微克/毫升以下。药理试验证明,本品口服后能很快吸收,服药后4小时左右血浓度达到高峰,药物在器管与组织中分布良好,在肝内代谢,代谢产物大部分由胆汁排出,小部分由肾脏排出。【适应症】用于治疗深部及全身性霉菌感染,如白念珠菌病、球孢子虫病、荚膜组织胞浆菌病、芽生菌病、隐球菌病、产色芽生菌病和藻菌病、曲霉菌病等,也可用于迭瓦癣、体癣等癣菌感染。本品外用并可治疗耳霉菌病、体癣、手足癣等。
