随着我国特色社会主义建设的不断进步,城镇化水平也得到较大的提高,因此,建筑业的建筑数量、建筑水平、建筑设计等亦取得了质的飞跃。在社会经济、科学、文化等领域不断发展的背景下,人们对建筑的需求以及要求进一步提高。然而,我国许多建筑工程仍存在一些施工质量方面的短板,导致工程质量未取得应有的保障,对居民生活以及社会经济造成了不良影响。本文主要围绕监护工程施工质量的现状进行分析、探讨,并提出几点改进策略,以期通过科学管控提升建筑质量水平。
With the continuous improvement of the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the urbanization level has also been greatly improved. As a result, the construction industry has also made qualitative leaps in terms of the number of buildings, the level of architecture, and the architectural design. In the context of the ever-evolving socio-economic, scientific and cultural fields, people’s demand for and construction of buildings are further enhanced. However, there are still some shortcomings in the quality of construction in many construction projects in our country, which leads to the failure of the quality of the project to obtain the proper protection and adversely affects the life of the residents and the social economy. This article mainly analyzes and discusses the status quo of construction quality of guardianship project and puts forward some improvement strategies in order to improve the construction quality level through scientific control.
