基于简化的高速列车的半主动悬架模型,以DSP2812为核心控制板,建立磁流变(MR)阻尼器的模糊控制系统.通过在Matlab/Simulink中建立仿真模型,比较模型在模糊控制和被动控制下的减振效果.模型验证可行后,利用代码自动生成技术实现控制系统的软件设计,并将代码下载到DSP控制板上,完成整个控制系统的设计.在简化的高速列车半主动悬架试验平台上进行模糊控制和被动控制试验,试验结果表示模糊控制效果优于被动控制.
Based on simplified semi-active suspension model of high-speed train and DSP2812 as the core control board, a fuzzy control system of MR damper was set up.By establishing a simulation model in Matlab / Simulink, the model was compared between fuzzy control and passive Control of the damping effect.After the model verification is feasible, the use of automatic code generation technology to achieve the control system software design, and the code downloaded to the DSP control panel to complete the design of the control system.In a simplified high-speed train semi-active suspension Test platform for fuzzy control and passive control test, the test results show that fuzzy control is better than passive control.
