目的 :观察参七消痞颗粒(SQ)的抗炎作用。方法 :采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀实验模型,观察参七消痞颗粒对急性炎症的作用;采用大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验模型,观察参七消痞颗粒对慢性炎症的作用。结果 :参七消痞颗粒各剂量均可明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀率,抑制醋酸导致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加,显著减小致炎后大鼠足肿胀率;参七消痞颗粒中剂量和低剂量可显著抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成。结论 :参七消痞颗粒对急性炎症和慢性炎症均有明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Shenqixianpi particles (SQ). Methods: Xylene-induced mouse ear edema, acetic acid induced peritoneal capillary permeability increased, carrageenan rat paw edema experimental model to observe the effect of Shenqixianpi particles on acute inflammation; using large Rat cotton ball granuloma experimental model to observe the effect of Shenqixianpi particles on chronic inflammation. Results: Each dose of Shenqixianpi particles could significantly inhibit the auricle swelling rate of mice, inhibit the increase of peritoneal capillary permeability caused by acetic acid, and significantly reduce the foot swelling rate of rats after inflammation. The middle-dose and low-dose of PMT can significantly inhibit the formation of cotton ball granuloma in rats. Conclusion: Shenqixianpi particles have obvious inhibitory effect on acute inflammation and chronic inflammation.
