患者,女,34岁,月经初潮13岁,周期7/29~31 d,G5P0,“月经减少2+年,闭经2-月”。于2016年5月末至重庆医科大学附属第一医院妇科门诊就诊。患者近两年来月经量明显减少,约为以前正常月经量的1/3,且经血偏黑,无痛经,月经周期为5/29~31 d,2个月前在当地医院稽留流产清宫后闭经。常规妇科检查见外阴已婚型,阴道通畅,宫颈光滑,子宫前位、常大、活动好,双侧附件未扪及异常。妇科超声示:子宫5.0 cm×4.4 cm×3.7 cm,内膜线居中,全层厚5 cm,局部有中断。宫腔镜检查见:宫腔形态失
