在卫生部的委托下,天津市二机局于1977年5月20～22日,在天津主持召开了SMC-4型双探头彩色扫描仪鉴定会。参加鉴定会的有来自北京、天津、上海、黑龙江、山东、四川、贵州等省市40个单位的60余名代表。 SMC-4型双探头彩色扫描仪是根据1973年卫生部下达的任务,由中国医学科学院仪器研究所、天津医疗电子仪器厂和中国医学科学院日坛医院组成科研、生产、使用“三结合”小组,共同研制成功的。
