In accordance with the academic activity plan approved by Sichuan Association of Science and Technology, under the leadership of the Sichuan Institute of Silicate, the Committee of Crystal Materials commissioned the 26th Institute of Electronics Industry to host this academic conference. Some members of Sichuan Silicate Society, director of crystal materials committee and deputy director attended and presided over the meeting. At the opening ceremony, Yang Dongqiao, director of the 26th Research Institute of the Ministry of Electronics Industry, gave a welcoming speech. Comrade Luo Chuhua, chairman of the committee, made a summary of his work for the past three years. The closing ceremony by Chen Guanxiong paid chairman for the academic exchange
