Hebei Paddock completed the compilation work of the overall collective forest management plan for the county and put it into effect. This is an important measure to strengthen the management of forest resources and is the basis for guiding the entire county’s forestry production and annual harvesting. It is a crucial step in scientifically running the forest. According to the unified arrangement of Hebei Provincial Forestry Department, the Forestry Bureau of Weichang County has organized more than 40 professional investigation teams since July 1987 and after nearly 11 months of efforts, it completed the second-class collective forest resources in the county in autumn of 1988 survey.
