长期以来,刑事案件的被害人往往受到不法侵害后,还拿不到附带民事诉讼的赔偿金,这种“赔了夫人又折兵”的状况,随着今年法院系统进一步司法改革有望得以改变。日前在市高院召开的刑事审判工作新闻发布会上,记者了解到,市高院将于今年制定《刑事案件被害人救助制度》,旨在保护刑事案件被害人权利方面有所进展。
