“森林蔬菜”是目前风行世界的五类健康食品之一。所谓森林蔬菜,并非单指山野菜,其含义较广,它主要包括某些森林植物的根、茎、叶、花、种子和菌类。随着城市工业的勃蓬发展,环境污染问题越来越突出,就连城市的蔬菜基地也难以幸免。废气、废水、废渣的排放,再加上农药和化肥的大量使用,使蔬菜的品质受到一定的影响。因此,没有污染的“森林蔬菜”备受人们的青睐,开发“森林蔬菜”资源势在必行。
“Forest vegetables” is one of the top five health foods in the world. The so-called forest vegetables, not just refers to wild herbs, its broader meaning, which includes some of the main forest roots, stems, leaves, flowers, seeds and fungi. With the booming development of urban industry, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more prominent. Even the city’s vegetable base can hardly be spared. Exhaust gas, waste water, waste residue emissions, coupled with the extensive use of pesticides and fertilizers, the quality of vegetables will be affected. Therefore, the pollution-free “forest vegetables” has been favored by people and the development of “forest vegetables” resources is imperative.
