桓仁满族自治县位于辽宁省东部山区,全县总人口31.9万人,有满、汉、蒙古、回等14个民族,少数民族人口比重达到55.7%,其中满族人口占全县总人口的53.1%。近年来,桓仁满族自治县全面贯彻党的民族政策,依托资源优势,打造特色产业,在科学发展的过程中,探索出了一条具有桓仁特色的发展路子,形成了科学发展的桓仁模式。
Huanren Manchu Autonomous County is located in the eastern mountainous province of Liaoning Province, with a total population of 311,000 and 14 ethnic groups including Manchu, Han, Mongolia and Hui. The minority population accounts for 55.7% of the total, of which Manchu population accounts for 53.1% . In recent years, Huanren Manchu Autonomous County has fully implemented the party’s ethnic policy, relied on its advantages in resources and created distinctive industries. During the course of scientific development, Huanren Manchu Autonomous County explored a development path featuring Huanren and formed a Huanren model of scientific development.
