我厂在生产铲齿车床、普通车床时规定对用该车床车、磨削的螺纹进行检查,以确定机床的传动链精度。过去在万能显微镜上一个螺距一个螺距地对线测量,不仅测量效率低,而且由于接头测量不方便还带来一定的误差。为适应生产上的需要,我们自制了一台短丝杆检具,结构很简单,如附图所示。该检具系采用串联方法,用标准丝杆进行比较测量。右端上下分别为12毫米、12.7毫米螺距的标准丝杆,用指状销钉代替螺母插入丝杆螺纹槽中,用重锤g使其单面接触,摇手轮即可推着滑板移动,因为指状销钉支架和夹持电感
