髓外幼红浆细胞型骨髓瘤较罕见,现报告一例.男,40岁,农民.半年前无意中在左大腿后侧中下方摸到一肿块,且渐增大,不痛,劳动时有酸胀感,但不影响劳动.无头晕、乏力、出血、尿少、浮肿、骨痛等.平素健康.家族史无特殊.体检:体温36.6℃,脉搏72次,呼吸16次,血压144/76.发育营养良好.全身浅表淋巴结未扪及,心肺(-),腹软,肝脾(-).左大腿后侧中下方偏外侧稍隆起,皮肤无异常,扪及7×9cm大小肿块,质中等、光滑,无压痛,与皮肤无粘连,可随肌肉收缩而移动.
