麻黄苯丙酮是一种弱的选择性β-受体兴奋剂,具有扩张冠状动脉、增加冠脉流量;增加心搏出量、改善左室功能;轻度增加心率、血压和心肌收缩力等作用,因而对冠心病心绞痛、心肌缺血、轻度心衰、窦性心动过缓或病窦综合症的病人有较好的疗效。本文观察44例冠心病心绞痛患者,自觉症状总有效率81.80%,减少含用硝酸甘油有效率达77.27%,心电图改善65.91%,心功能测定PEP/LVET有效率56.82%。服药期间作用快,副作用小,使用安全、方便,尤其对于心动缓慢、血压不高的患者疗效显著,值得介绍推广。
