本文报道了宁夏盐池县马儿庄,改水8年防治地方性氟中毒,在水氟、氟斑牙、氟骨症患者症状与体征、尿氟、以及骨X线片骨密度、骨结构等方面的变化。水氟多次检测稳定在0.8mg/L。成人氟斑牙改水前后病损改变不大,而改水后出生的儿童,却基本不患氟斑牙或病损程度极轻。氟骨症患者的症状与体征明显减轻占52.8%。精选26例X线拍片动态随诊对比观察,骨密度、骨结构明显减轻占76.92%。连续8年尿氟检测,由改水前15.61mg/L,分别降至5.80、5.01、3.71、3.07mg/L,第一年下降幅度最大。除第6与第8年两个样本均值无显著性外(P>0.05),其他各年都有极显著性(P<0.01)。但该病区均值仍高于宁夏非病区正常上限2.60mg/L水平。
