召开全体教师大会已成为每所学校工作安排中必不可少的内容。为了体现严肃性、纪律性、思想性,全体教师大会大都采用礼堂式的会议形式,以很好地上传下达,规范常规,整顿师风,等等。但其弊端是过于凸显领导意识,过于体现教师的服从性。长期下去,必定培养出只听话而缺乏自我思想力和创造力的教师队伍。这是学校管理制度一成不变造成的!我校推出“锐眼·睿语”会客室活动,由14位骨干
The convening of a general teacher conference has become an integral part of every school’s work schedule.
