以生菜为研究对象,设计了3因素(N、P、K)5水平二次回归通用旋转组合试验,建立了硝酸盐品质指标对3个因素的回归数学模型,分析了氮、磷、钾浓度对生菜硝酸盐含量的影响,以定量揭示水培生菜硝酸盐含量对营养液主要营养元素氮磷钾浓度的关系。结果表明:对硝酸盐的影响顺序是N>P>K;氮磷钾对硝酸盐含量具有一定的负效应。其中氮对硝酸盐含量的影响较大,适当提高磷钾浓度有利于抑制硝酸盐含量的积累。
Taking lettuce as the research object, we designed a quadratic regression general rotation combination test of 3 factors (N, P, K) 5 level to establish a regression mathematical model of nitrate quality index to three factors, and analyzed the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium concentrations On nitrate content of lettuce to quantitatively reveal the hydroponic lettuce nitrate content of nutrient solution of the main nutrient elements of N, P and K concentration. The results showed that the order of nitrate was N> P> K; N, P, K had a negative effect on nitrate content. Among them, the effect of nitrogen on the content of nitrate is larger. Appropriate increase of phosphorus and potassium concentration is good for inhibiting the accumulation of nitrate.
