本刊讯近日,湖南省植保植检站下发紧急通知,要求各地切实抓好南方水稻黑条矮缩病防控工作。据最近调查,永州的江永、道县等地早稻上南方水稻黑条矮缩病发生较普遍,一般病株率在1%左右,个部丘块病株率达3%以上,怀化、永州、邵阳等地区中稻也开始显症,会同县部分丘块矮化蔸率高达5%。当前南方水稻黑条矮缩病发生态势严重威胁中晚稻生产安全。
