随着社会经济的发展,我国的法律制度也在不断的完善,我国的法律也逐渐趋向人性化,这里所谓的人性化就是指,在我国进行立法时、执行法律时必须要体现人性化的特点,要保护以及尊重我国公民的权利,要体现以人为本的原则。本论文主要探讨的就是法律人性化价值取向与和谐社会建设。
