建筑产业一直是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,并发挥着十分重要的作用。建筑工程质量更是关系到国民经济的发展和人民群众的切身利益,一直广受社会各界的关注。工程监理制度的实施是我国建设工程管理的重大举措。本文分析了当前建筑工程质量监理存在的问题,阐述了加强建筑工程质量监理的措施,以促进监理行业的进步、发展和完善,更好地发挥工程建设监理的作用。
The construction industry has always been an important part of our national economy and plays a very important role. The quality of construction projects is related to the development of the national economy and the vital interests of the people and has been widely concerned by all sectors of society. The implementation of the project supervision system is a major measure for the construction project management in our country. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the quality supervision of construction projects, expounds the measures to strengthen the quality supervision of construction projects in order to promote the progress, development and improvement of the supervision industry and give better play to the role of project supervision.
