随着我国社会经济的飞速发展和人民生活水平的日益提高,建筑业发展愈加迅速,建筑行业的发展对建筑施工成本控制、工艺方法及施工质量提出了更高的要求。建筑地基所处的强湿陷性黄土,对地基稳定性构成很大威胁,如何采取有效措施,既节约成本又能确保湿陷性消除,灰土挤密桩无疑是目前最有效的方法,它不仅可以有效消除湿陷,而且成本低,对周围建筑物造成的安全影响小。本文通过对湿陷性黄土地基灰土挤密桩处理的原理、功效、质量控制、异常处理等介绍,以推广灰土挤密桩在湿陷性黄土地区地基处理中的应用。
With the rapid socio-economic development in our country and the ever-increasing standard of living of the people, the construction industry is developing more rapidly. The development of the construction industry places higher demands on the cost control, process methods and construction quality of construction. The strong collapsible loess on the foundations of the building poses a great threat to the stability of the foundation. How to take effective measures to save costs and eliminate collapsibility is undoubtedly the most effective method. Can effectively eliminate the collapse, and low cost, the safety impact on the surrounding buildings is small. In this paper, the principle, efficiency, quality control and abnormal treatment of lime-soil compaction pile in collapsible loess foundation are introduced to promote the application of lime-soil compaction pile in foundation treatment of collapsible loess area.
