目的:探讨接种吸附无细胞百白破常见的副反应及护理体会。方法:回顾分析我院2010年9月～2011年9月490例吸附无细胞百白破幼儿的接种护理情况。结果:在本组接种幼儿中,出现主要以低热和中等热为主的不良反应的幼儿有14例,有4例幼儿注射部位出现红肿及硬结,有1例患儿皮肤出现红疹。结论:正确的接种技术及接种人员强烈的责任心能够有效避免或减少不良反应发生,进一步提高预防接种的安全性。
Objective: To investigate the common side effects and nursing experience of adsorbed acellular achyridosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from September 2010 to September 2011 490 cases of adhering acellular baibabei infants nursing care. Results: In this group of vaccinated children, there were 14 cases of toddlers, mainly with low and moderate heat-based adverse reactions. There were 4 cases of infantile inflamed and indurated infantile injection and 1 case of children with rash. Conclusion: The correct vaccination technique and vaccination staff’s strong sense of responsibility can effectively prevent or reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and further improve the safety of vaccination.
