发展校园经济,勤俭办学,培育人才,是我乡教育目标管理的重要内容之一。三年来,在校园经济活动中,我们形成了一系列行之有效的规章制度,对搞好校园经济管理,促进校园经济发展起了积极作用。一、制定“黄川乡小学校园经济发展规划”。这是中心校领导成员深入各校,本着因地制宜原则与各校师生反复商讨制订出来的,它保证了全乡校园经济发展的计划性、统一性。二、建立“校园经济管理制度”、“校园经济专(兼)职管理人员岗位责任制”、“发展校园经济奖惩试行条例”、“勤工俭学收入管理制度”等规章制度。对照这些规章制度,每年年初、年中、年底进行三次全校性的校园经济大检查,奖勤罚懒,及时
