随着素质教育的深入,中小学档案工作日益成为素质教育的重要组成部分,成为学校总结办学经验、继往开来的重要依据。虽然,近些年来随着现代信息技术的引入,各中小学在库存档案管理方面已经有所提高与完善,但还有相当数量的中小学在库存档案管理中存在很多问题,严重影响了库存档案工作的利用水平。因此,如何做好库存档案管理工作,解决库存档案管理工作中存在的问题,已经成为各中小学所面临的共同课题。以下是笔者结合个人实践工作经验,对中小学库存档案管理中存在的问题及解决对策进行的粗浅探讨。
