甲亢时常伴有食欲异常等消化系统症状。胰腺释放的蛋白质绝大多数是消化酶,直接与食欲状态有关。因此,研究大剂量甲状腺素(T_4)对胰腺蛋白质释放的影响,对了解甲亢时消化系统症状的病理生理变化机理是十分有益的。根据以往文献报道,大剂量T_4对胰腺蛋白质释放的作用是促进或抑制,尚需进一步证实。我们选择大鼠为实验动物,以~3H-亮氨酸为标记前身,用同位素示踪动态观察法结合蛋白质定量分析法,研究大剂量T_4对胰腺蛋白质释放的影响。
Hyperthyroidism is often accompanied by abnormal appetite and other digestive symptoms. Most of the protein released by the pancreas is digestive enzymes, directly related to the state of appetite. Therefore, to study the effect of high-dose thyroxine (T_4) on the release of pancreatic protein is very beneficial to understand the pathophysiological mechanism of digestive system symptoms during hyperthyroidism. According to previous reports, the role of high-dose T_4 on pancreatic protein release is to promote or inhibit the need to be further confirmed. We selected rats as experimental animals, ~ 3H-leucine as a marker precursor, using isotope tracer combined with dynamic observation of protein quantitative analysis of high-dose T_4 on pancreatic protein release.
