桡骨头半脱位是一种比较常见的损伤,多见于4岁以下的幼儿,桡骨头脱位的诊断并不困难,但时常有误诊发生。作者先后收治12例,现报告分析其误诊原因如下。临床资料 本组12例,年龄10个月～4岁,患儿被牵拉后哭闹不止,并拒绝活动和使用患肢,肘关节呈略屈曲或伸展位,前臂处于旋前位。
