肱骨髁上骨折多发于儿童,且骨折产生旋转移位或侧方移位。若处理不当容易引起Voklmaon缺血性肌挛缩或肘内翻畸形,影响前臂的旋转及肘关节活动。我们运用胡黎生主任医师的整复手法及屈肘联合夹板固定的方法治疗该类型骨折69例,取得了满意疗效,现总结报告如下。1 临床资料本组69
