新课程标准指出:“动手实践、自主探索与合作交流是学习数学的重要方式。”数学课堂开展小组合作学习是十分重要的,它不仅能够营造生动、活泼、民主、和谐的课堂气氛,而且能够实现优弱势互补,促进知识的形成,还能培养学生的合作意识、体验成功、获得自信,促进个性发展。怎样的小组合作学习才是有效的呢?我从数年来的教学实践出发,谈谈自己的几点体会。
