在实验室条件下,研究了几种热处理冷却方式对低合金耐磨钢试样硬度、冲击韧度,以及组织结构的影响。结果表明,不同的冷却速率,对所研究的低合金钢的组织性能有较大的影响,空冷试样的冲击韧度明显优于水冷与油冷试样,而水冷试样的硬度略高于其他两组;在880℃淬火后,经过油冷的试样得到了最优的硬度及冲击韧度。
Under laboratory conditions, the effects of several heat treatment cooling methods on the hardness, impact toughness and microstructure of low alloy wear-resistant steel were investigated. The results show that the different cooling rates have great influence on the microstructure and properties of the low alloyed steel. The impact toughness of the air-cooled samples is obviously better than that of the water-cooled and the oil-cooled samples, while the hardness of the water-cooled samples is slightly higher than The other two groups; after quenching at 880 ℃, the optimal hardness and impact toughness were obtained through oil-cooled specimens.
