测定钢铁中的铜,主要使用硫化物沉淀电解重量法,硫代硫酸钠重量法,EDTA容量法,比色法,经典极谱法,离子选择电极法,阳极溶出伏安法等。但是,这些方法有的需要经过繁琐的分离手续,或者需要特殊试剂,因此在某些情况下难以使用。本文对铜—硫氰酸根络合物在卧汞电极上的行为进行探讨的基础上,提出以0.24N硫酸+0.08%硫氰酸钾+0.8%盐酸羟胺为支持电解质,在卧汞电极上,以阴极溶出伏安法直接测定钢铁中铜含量的新方法。本法不需分离,不用特殊试剂,测定灵敏度高,方法简单,适应范围广,尤其适合于铬量较高的合金钢中铜的分析。
Determination of copper in steel, the main use of sulfide precipitation gravimetric method, sodium thiosulfate gravimetric method, EDTA volumetric method, colorimetry, classical polarographic method, ion-selective electrode method, anodic stripping voltammetry. However, some of these methods require cumbersome procedures for separation or require special reagents, making them difficult to use in some cases. Based on the investigation of the behavior of copper-thiocyanate complex on the horizontal mercury electrode, a new method was proposed to use 0.24N sulfuric acid + 0.08% potassium thiocyanate + 0.8% hydroxylamine hydrochloride as the supporting electrolyte. A New Method for Direct Determination of Copper in Steel by Cathodic Stripping Voltammetry. This method does not require separation, without special reagents, determination of high sensitivity, simple method, to adapt to a wide range, especially suitable for high chromium alloy steel copper analysis.
