要发展就需要对应的人才来设计和规划,所以为了适应农机的发展,跟上前进的脚步,就需要加快人才的输出,最根本最有效的方法就是改革高职教育。只有改变了教学模式,才能彻底改观目前实用性人才短缺的现状。那么,我们要怎样改革呢?要着手于哪些方面呢?我们要以适应农机发展为基本点,以输送现代化人才为宗旨,全面改革高职教育,基于这些问题,笔者将阐述农机发展的现状,分析现代教育的特点,解读二者的联系等方面来全面解读农机发展与农机教育。
