医疗工作中,护理工作的重要性是众所周知的。在党和政府对人民卫生事业的关怀和重视祖国医学遗产的号召下,全国各地相继成立了中医医院,或者在综合性医院里成立了中医科。可是不论在中医院里或是西医院里,中医科的护理同志们,大多数是从护士学校中毕业的。她们所学的,都是西医的一套。对中医的业务,都不了解。因此,在日常工作中,就难免要发生种种问题,而感到苦闷,甚至不能安心工作。有人认为中医和西医的处理病人不同,尤其在饮食禁宜方面。因此,要求能够订立出中医的护理常规及食谱,问题就可以解决了。这当然是一个主要的问题,也是迫切须要解决的问题。可是,这一工作的完成,也必须结合实践,从实践中逐步的修订起来,不是一下子就能做得很完备的。但另外一方面,我们认为必须从护理同志对中医工作发生兴趣着手。要使她们能对中医发生兴趣,就要让她们懂得中医的知识,熟悉了中医的业务,才能把这一工作做好。我们在上级的支持和领导下,进行了中医院里护士学习的工作。现在将我们几个月的工作经过,初步向大家介绍一下:
The importance of nursing in medical work is well known. What they have learned is a set of Western medicine. Do not understand the business of Chinese medicine. Therefore, in daily work, it is inevitable that problems will occur and people will feel depressed and may not even be able to work at ease. Some people think that Chinese medicine practitioners and Western medicine patients are different from each other, especially in terms of dietary prohibition. Therefore, the issue of the need to be able to formulate nursing practices and recipes for Chinese medicine can be solved. This is, of course, a major problem as well as an urgent problem to be solved. However, the completion of this work must also be done step by step in the light of practice and not be completed in one go. On the other hand, we think it is necessary to start with the interest of nursing gurus in TCM work. To enable them to have an interest in Chinese medicine, it is necessary for them to understand the knowledge of Chinese medicine and become familiar with the business of Chinese medicine before they can do a good job of this work.
