目的探讨职业危害放射防护预评价报告中如何正确计算出有效辐射防护厚度,有效保护放射工作人员与公众的安全与健康,真正做到辐射防护最优化。方法依据国家相关的法律法规及标准。结果工业X射线探伤计算,运用GBZ117-2006(工业X射线探伤放射卫生防护标准)能满足实际防护需求,而医用X射线机防护评价中的防护计算虽然可以引用GBZ130-2002(医用X射线诊断卫生防护标准)和(GB18871-2002)电离辐射防护与辐射源安全基本标准的导值,但计算结果与实际检测结果不太理想。结论放射防护屏蔽计算可将职业人员剂量限值和公众限值综合考虑。
