党建与民营企业的关系是中国式企业管理绕不开的核心课题之一。随着民营企业的蓬勃发展,越来越多的民营企业认识到党建工作对企业管理与发展的重要作用,民营企业党建事业也正逐步走出低谷。党组织要在民营企业中发挥政治核心作用,担负起新时期的历史使命。
The relationship between the party building and private-owned enterprises is one of the core issues that can not be separated from the management of Chinese-style enterprises. With the vigorous development of private-owned enterprises, more and more private-owned enterprises have realized the important role that party-building work has played in the management and development of enterprises. The cause of party-building in private-owned enterprises is also gradually getting out of the trough. Party organizations should play a political and central role in private enterprises and assume the historic mission of the new period.
