近几年,我国逐步加快了改革开放的步伐,国民经济水平不断提高,为我国建筑行业的发展创造了良好条件。现阶段市场竞争越来越激烈,施工企业在工程建设施工中,只有做好管理工程,方可确保工程质量与施工进度,实现企业经济效益的提升。当前,我国建筑工程中还存在诸多问题,为管理水平的提升带来了制约,必须引起重视。本文将简述加强建筑工程管理的必要性,并分析了建筑工程管理中的影响因素,提出了相应的解决策略。
In recent years, China has gradually accelerated the pace of reform and opening up and the national economy has been continuously improved, creating favorable conditions for the development of the construction industry in our country. At this stage of market competition more and more fierce, construction companies in the construction of the project, only good management of the project, to ensure project quality and construction progress, to achieve economic efficiency of enterprises. At present, there are still many problems in China’s construction projects, which have brought constraints for the improvement of management level and must be taken seriously. This article will briefly describe the need to strengthen the management of construction projects, and analyze the influencing factors in the construction management, and put forward corresponding solutions.
