沿海某水产冷冻厂的规模是:制冰160吨/日,贮冰2000吨/次,冻结20吨/日,冷藏300吨/次。三层楼框架结构,一楼为机房、冻结间冷藏间及理鱼间,二楼贮冰库,三楼制冰间。81年5月动工兴建,84年3月完成土建工程,4月中旬制冰试产,5月上旬冰库按规范降温,六月上旬开始贮冰。6月中旬发现一楼冷藏间门框处有水渗出来,每小时集水量拾多公斤,渗漏水无咸味。事发后设计、施工和使用单位经过多次会诊,作了一系列处理。到目前为止,虽然漏水量有所减少,但一楼冷藏间门框处仍滴水不停,每小时集水量约0.3公斤左右,时多时少,冷藏间难于投入使用。在此笔者想就有关问题作一些分析和提出个人若干意
The scale of a certain aquatic frozen plant along the coast is: 160 tons of ice per day, 2,000 tons of ice storage per time, freezing of 20 tons per day, and refrigerating of 300 tons per time. Three-story frame structure, the first floor is the engine room, the freezing room and the limousine room, the second floor of the ice storage, the third floor of the ice room. Construction began in May of 81, and civil engineering was completed in March of the year. Ice production was conducted in mid-April. Ice storage was cooled according to regulations in early May and storage of ice began in early June. In mid-June, it was found that there was water seepage at the doorframe of the first floor of the refrigerated room, and the amount of water collected per hour was more than kilograms. The leaked water had no salty taste. After the incident, the design, construction, and use unit made several consultations and made a series of treatments. So far, although the amount of water leakage has decreased, drip is still on the door frame of the first floor of the refrigerated room. The water catchment is about 0.3 kilograms per hour, and it is difficult to put it into use. In this article, the author wants to make some analysis on relevant issues and propose some personal ideas.
