回旋速调管放大器时域非线性理论与模拟

研究了一种回旋速调管放大器时域非线性理论模型.该模型由广义电报方程来表示回旋速调管内的电磁场,采用引导中心近似的电子运动方程来推动粒子,由粒子更新得到的电流密度为源激励电磁场.基于上述理论模型,从回旋速调管电子注横向速度满足高斯分布出发,建立了速度分散的分布模型,编写了相应的时域非线性注波互作用模拟程序,对回旋速调管放大器的注波互作用进行了深入的分析和研究,并应用粒子模拟软件与自洽非线性模拟程序进行对比验证,两者结果基本一致.
