为深入开展流行性出血热(EHF)流行病学和病原学方面的工作,作者应用Vero-E6细胞培养技术,从7份褐家鼠肺中分离到1株流行性出血热病毒(EHFV),从11份EHF急性期病人血清中分离到5株EHFV,从3份急性期病人尿中分离到1株EHFV。以兔抗EHFV多价血清混合单克隆抗体(McAb),野鼠型特异McAbH5,家鼠型特异McAbR31。经间接免疫荧光技术(IFAT)检测均证实为EHFV。用14株EHFVMcAb对其中3株病毒(Hu,B2,B6株)抗原进行了分析,结果表明这3株病毒除具有EHFV组特异性抗原决定簇,还具有野鼠型特异性抗原决定簇,与野鼠型A9,HN株反应模式基本一致,属野鼠型EHFV。
To further develop the epidemiology and etiology of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF), an epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus (EHFV) was isolated from 7 Rattus norvegicus lungs using Vero-E6 cell culture technique. Five EHFV isolates were isolated from the serum of 11 patients with acute EHF, and one EHFV was isolated from the urine of 3 acute patients. Rabbit anti-EHFV polyvalent serum mixed monoclonal antibody (McAb), wild-type mouse McAbH5, home mouse-specific McAbR31. Indirect immunofluorescence (IFAT) test confirmed EHFV. Antigens of three strains of viruses (Hu, B2 and B6) were analyzed using 14 strains of EHFVMcAb. The results showed that these three strains of viruses except eHFV group had specific antigenic determinants, Type A9, HN strain basically the same reaction mode, is a wild rat type EHFV.
