川东油气田天然气集输管道多次出现管道破裂穿孔等事故.利用X衍射、扫描电镜、电子探针、热重分析等方法对现场的腐蚀挂片和集输管道中收集的腐蚀产物进行了分析检测.结果表明:集输管道虽然经过三甘醇脱水工艺处理,仍遭受较严重的H2S腐蚀,腐蚀形态主要为局部坑蚀;集输管道中形成的腐蚀产物成分比较复杂,主要为FeS,FeS2,Fe3S4和Fe9S8,同时存在一定量的铁的氧化物和其它化合物;管道中腐蚀产物的热分析表明,在170℃~350℃温度区间,存在一个强放热反应,热焓值 H为256.8 J/g,该反应可能为 FemSn转化为 FexOy反应.
There are many accidents such as pipeline rupture and perforation in the natural gas gathering and transport pipeline in the East Sichuan Oil and Gas Field. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, electron probe, thermogravimetry and other methods were used to analyze the corrosive products collected in the corrosive patch and collecting pipelines. The results show that although the pipeline is still subject to severe H2S corrosion after the TEG treatment, the corrosion patterns are mainly localized pitting corrosion. The corrosion products formed in the gathering pipelines are complex, mainly composed of FeS, FeS2 and Fe3S4 And Fe9S8, a certain amount of iron oxides and other compounds were present at the same time. The thermal analysis of the corrosion products in the pipeline showed that there was a strong exothermic reaction in the temperature range from 170 ℃ to 350 ℃, the enthalpy H was 256.8 J / G, the reaction may be FemSn into FexOy reaction.
