随着我国市场经济的不断发展,土建工程项目在市场中的竞争也越来越激烈。在土建企业进行土建工程的建设过程中,土建工程造价控制方案是非常重要的,土建工程造价控制方案的合理性直接决定了整个土建工程的质量。只有合理的控制土建工程的造价环节,才能真正提升整个土建工程的效益。本文分析了土建工程造价控制和管理现状和问题,并提出了相应的优化策略。
With the constant development of market economy in our country, the competition of civil engineering projects in the market is more and more fierce. In the civil engineering construction process, civil engineering project cost control program is very important, civil engineering project cost control program directly determines the quality of the entire civil engineering. This paper analyzes the status and problems of civil engineering project cost control and management, and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy.
