作者四年来采用心得安 扑尔敏、维生索K_(1)合用治疗偏头痛42例,效果较好,现报告如下。 一般资料 本组多为门诊病例。42例中男4例,女38例。年龄18-30岁28例,30-45岁11例,45-51岁3例。病程:半个月一五年。发作间隔时间三天一数月不等。 诊断依据 ①多数诱发因素如紧张、激动、劳累、失眠、受热、月经期等。发病时少数病人可看到迂曲、搏动的浅表颞动脉。疼痛为单侧、搏动性跳痛,多伴有畏光、畏热、畏声,甚至伴恶心、呕吐。按压或冷敷颞动脉处疼痛可减轻。②除外丛集性头痛,原发性三叉神经痛及其他器质性疾病引起的头痛。
