病例摘要 李××,男,19岁,战士。住院号240107。因头痛,发作性抽搐9个月,伴左侧瞳孔散大1周,于92年12月19日入院。 患者于92年3月7日因轻度“感冒”,头痛而突然意识丧失,眼球上窜、牙关紧闭、口吐白沫、四肢抽搐,约5分钟后抽搐停止。急送当地驻军医院,于3月24日查脑电图示轻度弥漫性异常,诊断为“散发性脑炎”。经抗癫痫、激素等治疗,住院1个月痊愈出院。出院后未再次出现抽搐发作,平时也未诉头痛,
